Sheva Brachot is the custom of a post-wedding meal and party during the week following a wedding.  It is another occasion to say and hear the seven wedding blessings for the bride and groom, especially for those who were unable to attend the wedding itself.  We had Sheva Brachot in the DC area, Mobile, AL, and New York City.  Because Allison’s dad could not be with us in Maryland, we had a ceremony reenactment as part of our Sheva Brachot in Mobile.  Thanks to all of our friends and family who attended, and especially to everyone who hosted and helped organize these events!
