This month was marked with several “firsts” that we hope are recurring events in Marla’s life. The first was Passover, where it is possible that she scored us Seder invitations where the rest of the family was allowed to tag along with her. The second is that she attended her first Orioles game, and although she didn’t make the jumbotron the way her brother did at his first game, she certainly won over the other fans in our section. Finally, last week we went to New York for a few hours to introduce Marla to her great-grandmother for the first time. We did a similar trip with Johan in November 2020. It was a long day and we were tired afterwards, but it was well worth it and everyone had a great time.

The “fourth trimester” is now over, and we look forward to what Marla has in store for month 4!
